Additional information

Ring Size

This hand fabricated round watermelon tourmaline is deep in it’s dark pink red and green hues and set in a simple fine silver bezel to compliment the stand alone beauty of this stone. It is a non complicated perfectly beautiful stone with a setting to match. The shiny fine silver bezel is smooth and hugs the stone securely and allows this stone to speak for itself. The tourmaline boasts a deep tone and shades of deep pink, light purple, rose and green are seen depending on the light and angle. The stone is cabochon with a dome and measures approx 10mm in diameter.

The ring band is a sterling rectangular wire with a nice heavy gauge and measures 5mm in width. There is a small circle of sterling which sits beneath the stone which measures 3mm larger than the stone to provide a solid base to this beautiful tourmaline and to enhance the appearance of the stone.

The ring in the picture is the exact ring you will receive and there is no oxide/patina in this silver although it can be provided (blackened) for those who favor a more pigmented silver.

For those who have interest:
Watermelon tourmaline is commonly used in energy work, grid work, and meditation. Containing three different colors, watermelon tourmaline—sometimes referred to as “the gateway to the inner self—is believed to provide a combination of useful metaphysical healing properties when kept as a companion or worn in the form of jewelry on a regular basis. It is considered to be a “super activator” of the heart and higher heart chakras, opening them, cleansing them and removing any blockages.
